Otter Working Group Singapore Talk 4: Kuala Selangor Nature Park: Tales of a Precious Wetland Refugia for Otters
Little emphasis is placed on the conservation of valuable coastal habitats. Fortunately, Mr Woo Chee Yoong's work with otters at the mangrove forests of Kuala Selangor Nature Park sheds light on the importance of this valuable species in coastal areas.

The Otter Working Group Singapore and the IUCN/SSC Otter Specialist Group, in partnership with the Malaysian Nature Society are extremely delighted to host Mr. Woo Chee Yoong for our third talk of the series, chaired by N. Sivasothi aka Otterman from NUS.

Mr Chee Yoong will be sharing his discovery of unexpected otter species in KSNP, as well as the formation of the Malaysian Otter Network (MON) in his efforts to promote human-otter coexistance with local coastal communities.
